Replacement and mounting for all trailer sizes
Tire replacement and mounting for 8” through 16” trailer wheels. Common sizes in stock, specialty tires available by order. Includes lug nut torque checks, spare tire mounting, and TPMS setups.
Axles, hubs & suspension
Axle replacement, spring packs, and hub assemblies
Complete axle replacement, spring pack upgrades, equalizer repair, and hub assembly service. Torsion axle conversions, capacity upgrades from 3,500 lb to 7,000 lb, and alignment corrections.
Trailer brakes
Electric, hydraulic, and surge brake systems
Brake shoe replacement, magnet inspection, drum resurfacing, and controller wiring. Hydraulic surge brake service including actuator rebuilds, line replacement, and fluid flush. Breakaway switch testing and battery replacement.
Wiring & electrical
Lights, connectors, and full rewire
Full rewiring, LED conversions, connector upgrades (4-pin to 7-pin), and ground fault diagnosis. We track down intermittent lighting issues, fix corroded connections, and install auxiliary power circuits.
