A2D CUSTOM CLUTCH KIT, AXYS 850 QD1 EQUIPPED

Our custom clutch kit has been extensively field tested to give your sled the edge it needs- more bottom end and midrange power, better RPM accuracy at full throttle, cooler clutches and belt, as well as the ability to adjust your RPM's in the field if desired without removing anything more than your side panel. This kit comes with new primary and secondary springs, SLP Magnum Force weights, a roller-bearing thrust washer for the secondary, and our custom dual track helix. Gauranteed to outperform any other kit, this setup is THE ticket for Alaska conditions and elevation. The Magnum Force™ weight is the latest clutching technology, improving the clamping efficiency of the weight, especially at low to mid speed ranges. It utilizes external adjustability by means of a gun drilled and threaded center core where mass can be added or subtracted without removing the weight from the clutch. Its range of adjustment is from 65-72.4 grams, allowing its use on most naturally aspirated 600 and 800cc two stroke Polaris engines from elevations of sea level to over 12,000 feet.  This new weight works through its unique mass distribution profile, combining maximum shift force on the low end with excellent top end performance. Its striking profile utillizes our most efficient heavy heel design yet, with instant response and increased acceleration that are sure to satisfy any performance-hungry rider.
