The Polaris RZR Pro R makes 225 HP and is one of the most powerful production UTVs ever built. The factory A-arms are not designed for the forces this machine generates during high-speed desert runs, massive jumps, and aggressive cornering. This Sidewinder A-Arm Kit replaces the factory arms with fully boxed construction — the strongest A-arm design available — built specifically for the Pro R platform.
Sidewinder Boxed Construction
Sidewinder A-arms use a fully boxed cross-section that distributes impact forces across more material than tube or stamped arms. For a 225 HP machine like the Pro R, boxed construction is not optional — it is the minimum strength level that matches the capability of the platform. These arms handle the extreme loads the Pro R generates without the flex and deformation that tube arms cannot avoid.
Ball Joint Options
Available with Heavy Duty, Super Duty, and Keller ball joint tiers. The Pro R demands at minimum Heavy Duty ball joints — the forces this machine generates exceed what OEM-spec joints can handle.
Complete Kit
Includes upper and lower A-arms for both sides with all hardware, ball joints, and bushings. Direct fit for the Polaris RZR Pro R with no cutting or welding required.
