Atlas A-Arms for the Ranger 900
The Polaris Ranger 900 is a utility workhorse, but the factory A-arms limit what the machine can do in rough terrain. The Atlas A-Arms are a premium, heavy-duty replacement that uses larger tube construction and reinforced mounting points to handle the loads that farm work, hunting, and trail access put on the front suspension. These are not just stronger — they are built for a different level of use.
Atlas Construction
Atlas A-arms use oversized tubing with thicker walls than standard aftermarket arms. The larger diameter tube provides greater resistance to bending under impact and heavy loads. The mounting points are reinforced for the additional stress that utility work creates — towing, hauling, and pushing through rough terrain with a full bed.
Ball Joint Options
Available with multiple ball joint tiers from OEM replacement through Heavy Duty, Super Duty, and Keller. For the Ranger 900, which sees sustained heavy use, Heavy Duty or higher ball joints are recommended to match the capability of the Atlas arm design.
Complete Kit
Includes upper and lower A-arms for both sides with all hardware, ball joints, and bushings. Direct fit for the Polaris Ranger 900 with no cutting or welding required.
