Sidewinder Boxed A-Arms with 1.5" Forward Offset
The Polaris RZR XP Turbo S makes 168 HP and puts massive forces through the front suspension. The factory A-arms are not built for the abuse that Turbo S riders routinely dish out — hard hits, big jumps, and aggressive cornering at speed. This Sidewinder A-Arm Kit replaces the factory arms with boxed construction that is dramatically stronger than tube or stamped designs, with 1.5" of forward offset for improved approach angle and front-end geometry.
Sidewinder Boxed Construction
Sidewinder A-arms use a fully boxed cross-section instead of open-channel or tube construction. Boxing the arm distributes impact forces across more material, eliminating the flex and deformation that happens with tube or stamped arms under extreme loads. For a 168 HP machine like the Turbo S, boxed construction is the right choice — it matches the capability of the platform.
1.5" Forward Offset
The forward offset pushes the front wheels 1.5" ahead of the factory position, improving approach angle and reducing front-end wash in turns. The geometry is engineered specifically for the Turbo S to maintain proper CV joint angles and steering response at all suspension positions.
Ball Joint Options
Available with Heavy Duty, Super Duty, and Keller ball joint tiers. The Turbo S demands at minimum Heavy Duty ball joints — the forces this machine generates exceed what OEM-spec joints can reliably handle.
Complete Kit
Includes upper and lower A-arms for both sides with all hardware, ball joints, and bushings. No cutting or welding required.
