High Clearance A-Arms with 1.5" Forward Offset
The factory A-arms on the Polaris RZR XP 1000 limit ground clearance and tire size. This High Clearance A-Arm Kit raises the lower arm arc to gain critical ground clearance and adds 1.5" of forward offset to push the front wheels ahead of the stock position. The result is a machine that clears bigger tires, clears more rocks, and tracks straighter through rough terrain with improved approach angle.
High Clearance Design
The raised lower arm geometry gives you additional ground clearance at the A-arm — the lowest point under the front end. This means fewer hang-ups on rocks, roots, and trail obstacles that catch the stock arms. Combined with the clearance to run up to 32" tires, you get a front end that handles serious off-road terrain without dragging.
1.5" Forward Offset
The forward offset pushes the front wheels 1.5" ahead of the factory position. This improves approach angle, reduces the tendency for the front end to wash out in turns, and gives you a more aggressive front-end stance. The geometry is engineered to maintain proper CV joint angles and steering response.
Ball Joint Options
Available with multiple ball joint tiers. OEM-spec ball joints handle casual trail riding. Heavy Duty ball joints use heat-treated internals and 4340 chromoly studs for harder use. Super Duty and Keller options provide the ultimate strength for extreme riding. Choose the tier that matches how hard you ride.
Complete Kit
Includes upper and lower A-arms for both sides with all necessary hardware, ball joints, and bushings. No cutting or welding required.
