NO MORE BROKEN CLUTCH BOLTS AND CLUTCHES FLYING OUT OF SIDE PANELS! 2022-25 Polaris Boost and 9R Titanium Primary Bolt 90 grams less than stock Bolts are titanium grade 5 “Ultimate minimum yield strength of 10,000 PSI” more than stock bolt. We recommend a small drop Loctite for the primary bolt and it is a must on the secondary bolt, blue is sufficient. Under no circumstances should pneumatic tools be used. Apply no heat. If the clutch is already torqued to factory settings install the new titanium bolts at our recommended torque specs 80 ft. lbs. on primary, 25ft lbs. on the secondary, it will handle factory torque specs but this is what we have been using since 2005. If the clutch has been removed, reinstall with the factory clutch bolt and set it to factory recommendations.
