4" Portal Gear Lift for the Can-Am Commander
4-inch portal gear lift system for the Can-Am Commander. Adds 4 inches of ground clearance at each wheel by relocating the axle below the hub center — lifting the machine without increasing the center of gravity or changing suspension geometry.
4 Inches of Additional Ground Clearance
Raises the axle centerline 4 inches below the wheel hub, adding real ground clearance where it matters most — over rocks, stumps, and ruts that catch low-hanging differentials and CV joints.
Portal Gear Reduction
The geared hub assembly provides mechanical gear reduction at each wheel, multiplying torque to the tires. More torque at the wheel means better crawling ability and less strain on the drivetrain.
Maintains Factory Suspension Geometry
Unlike a body lift or spring spacer, portal gear lifts add clearance without changing suspension travel, ride height, or CV joint angles. The suspension works exactly as designed.
Direct-Fit Installation
Designed specifically for the Can-Am Commander. Bolts to the factory hub and spindle locations with included hardware. No cutting, welding, or permanent frame modifications.
