GDP Portal Gear Lift Fill/Drain Plug Kit - Gen 3
Replacement fill and drain plug kit for Gen 3 GDP portal gear lifts. Includes machined aluminum plugs with integrated O-ring seals — replacing the factory plugs that can strip, corrode, or lose their seal over repeated fluid service intervals.
Machined Aluminum Construction
Each plug is CNC-machined from billet aluminum for precise thread engagement and consistent sealing. The machined finish eliminates the casting imperfections found on factory plugs that can cause cross-threading and stripped threads during routine fluid changes.
Integrated O-Ring Seals
Each plug includes a captive O-ring that seats against the portal housing for a positive, leak-free seal. The O-ring eliminates the need for thread sealant tape and provides a more reliable seal than crush washers that deform after repeated removal and reinstallation.
Easy Identification
Fill and drain plugs are clearly marked to prevent confusion during service. Proper identification ensures the correct plug is removed for draining and the correct port is used for filling — preventing overfill or underfill conditions.
