The Honda Talon 1000X is a sport UTV with a live rear axle that delivers power differently than the independent-rear Talon R. That unique drivetrain puts its own set of forces on the steering, and the factory tie rods are the weak link in the system. Rock impacts, aggressive cornering, and oversized tires accelerate tie rod wear and failure. This Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kit replaces both factory tie rods with stronger construction built for the way the Talon 1000X is actually ridden.

These tie rods use thicker-walled tubing and upgraded ball joints that handle the cornering loads and trail impacts the Talon 1000X generates. The design matches the factory geometry exactly, preserving the steering response and alignment that make the 1000X fun to drive. Upgraded Ball Joints
Each tie rod end features a heavy-duty ball joint with greaseable fittings for long service life. Hardened internals and tight tolerances eliminate steering slop and give you precise handling on tight trails and open terrain alike. Protective boots seal out mud, water, and debris.
