But narrow means the tie rods take more lateral stress in tight turns, and the factory rods are not built to handle aggressive cornering with oversized tires. This Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kit replaces both factory tie rods with stronger construction that keeps the steering tight and predictable when you push the machine hard.

Stronger Than Stock
These tie rods use thicker-walled tubing and upgraded ball joints that handle impacts and cornering forces that would bend or break factory tie rods. The design is purpose-built for the Maverick Sport platform, matching the chassis geometry exactly while delivering significantly more strength where it matters — at the tube walls and connection points.

Upgraded Ball Joints
Each tie rod end features a heavy-duty ball joint with greaseable fittings for long service life. The hardened housing and tight tolerances eliminate steering slop and give you precise, responsive handling. Protective boots seal out mud, water, and debris to keep the joints clean season after season.
