4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Ranger XP 570
Bolt-on portal gear lift that raises the Polaris Ranger XP 570 by 4 inches at each wheel. Portal lifts move the axle centerline below the hub centerline using a gear reduction at each corner — providing ground clearance without the suspension geometry problems, CV joint stress, and instability that come with a body lift or suspension lift of the same height.
Increased Ground Clearance
Adds 4 inches of ground clearance at every wheel on the Polaris Ranger XP 570. The additional clearance lets the machine ride over rocks, stumps, and trail obstacles that would otherwise catch the undercarriage — reducing the frame, A-arm, and skid plate impacts that bend components and stop forward progress.
Gear-Driven Design
Each portal uses a helical gear set to offset the axle below the wheel center. The gear reduction lowers the effective gear ratio at the wheel — multiplying low-speed torque for crawling over obstacles and through deep mud while reducing strain on the transmission, belt, and clutch system.
Heavy-Duty Axle Shafts
The portal gear lift includes upgraded axle shafts that are designed to handle the increased torque multiplication from the gear reduction. The factory axle shafts are engineered for the stock gear ratio — the portal's torque multiplication exceeds their design load, which is why upgraded shafts are included rather than reusing the stock ones.
Direct-Bolt Installation
Designed specifically for the Polaris Ranger XP 570 suspension geometry. The portal housings bolt to the factory knuckle and hub mounting points with no welding, cutting, or drilling required.
