Cab Heater for the Polaris Ranger XP 570
Engine-coolant cab heater for the Polaris Ranger XP 570. Uses waste heat from the engine cooling system to warm the cab — delivering real, sustained heat that keeps up with freezing temperatures during cold-weather work, hunting, and trail riding without drawing heavy amperage from the electrical system.
Engine Coolant Heat Source
The heater core taps into the Polaris Ranger XP 570 engine cooling system and uses waste heat from the engine coolant to warm the cab. This is the same heat source used by automotive heaters — it produces real, sustained warmth that keeps up with sub-freezing temperatures, unlike electric heaters that draw heavy amperage and produce limited BTU output.
Variable Fan Speed
The heater fan offers multiple speed settings so the rider can adjust airflow from a low, steady background warmth to maximum heat output. A single-speed heater is either too much or not enough — variable speed lets the rider dial in the comfort level for the conditions and maintain it without cycling the heater on and off.
Sealed Against the Elements
The heater core and fan assembly are sealed against dust, water spray, and trail debris. A side-by-side heater operates in conditions that would destroy a household space heater — mud spray, water crossings, and constant vibration. Sealed construction keeps the heater running season after season.
Direct-Fit Installation
Designed specifically for the Polaris Ranger XP 570 coolant line routing, mounting locations, and electrical system. All hose connections, brackets, and wiring connectors are machine-specific — no welding, cutting, or drilling required.
