4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR PRO XP

Bolt on 4 inches of additional ground clearance to your Polaris RZR PRO XP with a complete portal gear lift kit. This system raises the axle centerline by relocating the hub assembly above the wheel center, giving you significantly more clearance without changing your suspension geometry or center of gravity.

Increased Ground Clearance
The portal gear lift raises your RZR PRO XP's axle centerline a full 4 inches above the factory position. This additional clearance lets you clear rocks, stumps, and ruts that would catch the axle tubes, differential, and CV joints on a stock-height machine. The lift also allows you to run larger tires without rubbing or trimming.

Gear-Driven Design
The portal housing uses a precision gear set to transfer power from the axle shaft down to the wheel hub. Choose between 15% and 30% gear reduction ratios to match your riding style — 15% for a balance of speed and torque, or 30% for maximum low-end pulling power in deep mud and heavy terrain.

Heavy-Duty Axle Shafts
Each portal assembly includes upgraded axle shafts designed to handle the increased mechanical advantage of the gear reduction. The shafts are machined from high-strength chromoly steel and heat-treated for maximum durability under the sustained loads that portal lifts generate.

Direct-Bolt Installation
This portal gear lift bolts directly to the factory knuckles and hubs of the Polaris RZR PRO XP using the included mounting hardware. No welding, cutting, or drilling required — the entire installation uses hand tools and can be completed in a single session.
