8" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR Trail 900

Add a massive eight inches of ground clearance to your RZR Trail 900 without changing the factory suspension geometry. This portal gear lift kit mounts at the wheel hubs and uses a gear-driven design to drop the axle centerline well below the wheel center, raising the entire machine while keeping your shocks, A-arms, and CV angles at their stock settings.

Increased Ground Clearance
Eight inches of additional clearance transforms the capability of your RZR Trail 900 in deep mud, over large rocks, and through rutted-out trails. Because the lift happens at the hub rather than the suspension, your factory ride quality and handling characteristics stay intact.

Gear-Driven Design
Each portal box uses a precision-cut gear set to relocate the axle centerline eight inches lower than the wheel centerline. The gears run in a sealed, oil-bathed housing that protects them from water, mud, and debris for long service life even in the harshest conditions.

Heavy-Duty Axle Shafts
Upgraded axle shafts are included to handle the significant leverage created by the eight-inch portal offset. These shafts are built from chromoly steel and are engineered to withstand aggressive riding with oversized tires.

Direct-Bolt Installation
Each portal box bolts directly to the RZR Trail 900 knuckle and hub assembly using the factory mounting points. The kit includes all necessary hardware, seals, and gear oil — no welding, cutting, or drilling required.
