Gain four inches of ground clearance on your Polaris RZR XP 900 without increasing tire size or modifying the suspension. Portal gear lifts raise the hub centerline relative to the axle, lifting the entire chassis while keeping your center of gravity low and your suspension geometry intact.

Four inches of additional clearance gives your RZR XP 900 the room it needs to clear rocks, logs, and trail obstacles that would otherwise contact the frame, A-arms, or drivetrain components. The lift comes from the hub, not the suspension, so ride quality and handling stay predictable.
Gear-Driven Design
Each portal unit uses a precision-cut gear set to transfer power from the axle shaft to the wheel hub at the new, higher position. The gear reduction also multiplies torque at the wheel, which means your RZR XP 900 puts more force to the ground — especially useful with larger, heavier tires.
Heavy-Duty Axle Shafts
The portal gear lift includes upgraded axle shafts designed to handle the increased torque and leverage that come with the lifted hub position. These shafts are built stronger than stock to match the higher demands of the portal drivetrain on the RZR XP 900 platform.
Direct-Bolt Installation
This 4" portal gear lift bolts directly to the Polaris RZR XP 900's existing knuckle and hub mounting points. All hardware is included — no welding, cutting, or drilling required.
