The Polaris RZR Pro XP puts heavy loads on the steering system through aggressive cornering, oversized tires, and rough terrain. The factory tie rods are a known weak point — they bend and break under the forces that Pro XP riders routinely generate. This Heavy Duty Tie Rod Kit replaces both factory tie rods with stronger construction that keeps the steering tight and reliable when you push the machine hard.
Stronger Than Stock
These tie rods use thicker-walled tubing and upgraded ball joints that handle impacts and cornering forces that would fold factory rods. The M16 thread specification matches the Pro XP rack precisely, ensuring proper engagement and alignment. The design is purpose-built for the Pro XP platform, not adapted from another machine.
