Steel Tie Rods for the RZR Pro R
The Polaris RZR Pro R makes 225 HP and is one of the most powerful production UTVs ever built. That power demands steering components that can keep up — and the factory tie rods cannot. High-speed desert runs, aggressive cornering, and big jumps put forces on the steering that stock rods were never designed to handle. This Steel Tie Rod Kit replaces both factory tie rods with heavy-duty steel construction that matches the capability of the Pro R platform.
Heavy-Duty Steel Construction
These tie rods are built from thick-walled steel tubing that handles the extreme loads the Pro R generates. Steel provides the stiffness and impact resistance needed for a 225 HP machine running at speed through rough terrain. The thicker tube walls resist bending under the cornering forces and impacts that would fold a factory tie rod.
Upgraded Ball Joints
Each tie rod end features a heavy-duty ball joint with greaseable fittings for long service life. Hardened internals and tight tolerances provide precise, responsive steering feel even under the extreme forces the Pro R generates. Protective boots seal out sand, mud, and trail debris.
Complete Kit
Includes both driver and passenger side steel tie rods with all hardware, tie rod ends, and boots. Direct fit for the Polaris RZR Pro R chassis with no modifications required.
