Sidewinder Boxed A-Arms with 1.5" Forward Offset
The Polaris RZR XP 1000 puts serious forces through the front suspension during aggressive riding. The factory A-arms flex and deform under hard impacts, jumps, and cornering loads. This Sidewinder A-Arm Kit replaces the factory arms with fully boxed construction — the strongest A-arm design available — with 1.5" of forward offset for improved approach angle and front-end geometry.
Sidewinder Boxed Construction
Sidewinder A-arms use a fully boxed cross-section that distributes impact forces across more material than tube or stamped arms. This eliminates the flex and deformation that happens under extreme loads. For the RZR XP 1000, boxed construction handles the most aggressive riding conditions without compromise.
1.5" Forward Offset
The forward offset pushes the front wheels 1.5" ahead of the factory position. This improves approach angle, reduces front-end wash in turns, and gives you a more aggressive stance. The geometry maintains proper CV joint angles and steering response.
Ball Joint Options
Available with Heavy Duty, Super Duty, and Keller ball joint tiers for riders who push the machine hard.
Complete Kit
Includes upper and lower A-arms for both sides with all hardware, ball joints, and bushings. No cutting or welding required.
