In-Dash Cab Heater for the Can-Am Commander
In-dash heater system for the Can-Am Commander. Integrates directly into the dashboard rather than mounting under the seat or on the firewall — delivering heated air at windshield level for effective defrosting and direct cabin heating from a clean, factory-style installation.
In-Dash Integration
Mounts inside the dashboard of the Can-Am Commander with the vents positioned at windshield height. Heated air flows directly across the windshield and into the cab at face and chest level, rather than blowing upward from floor level like under-seat heaters.
Engine Coolant Heat Source
Taps into the factory engine cooling system to use engine coolant as the heat source. No electrical heating elements or additional power draw — the heater produces heat as soon as the engine reaches operating temperature and continues producing heat as long as the engine is running.
Windshield Defrost
The dashboard-level vent position directs heated air across the inside surface of the windshield, clearing fog, frost, and condensation significantly faster than floor-mounted or under-seat heater systems that rely on convection to reach the glass.
Direct-Fit Installation
Designed specifically for the Can-Am Commander dashboard layout. Includes all mounting hardware, coolant hoses, fittings, and wiring for a complete installation with no cutting or modification to the dashboard structure.
