Portal Gear Lift Gen 1 to Gen 2 Conversion Kit for Kawasaki

Conversion hardware kit that upgrades Gen 1 portal gear lifts to Gen 2 specifications on Kawasaki side-by-sides. Includes the updated internal components, seals, and hardware needed to bring older-generation portals up to the current Gen 2 design — improving seal reliability, gear engagement, and serviceability without replacing the entire portal assembly.

Gen 2 Internal Upgrades
Replaces the Gen 1 internal components with the redesigned Gen 2 parts. The Gen 2 design addresses known weak points in the original generation — including improved gear tooth profiles, tighter bearing tolerances, and updated seal surfaces that reduce fluid leaks under hard use.

Updated Seal Package
Includes the full Gen 2 seal kit with redesigned lip seals and O-rings. The Gen 2 seals use updated materials and geometry that resist the heat cycling and debris intrusion that caused premature seal failure in Gen 1 portals.

Retains Existing Housings
The conversion kit works with the existing Gen 1 portal housings — no need to remove and replace the entire portal assembly from the machine. This saves significant labor and cost compared to a full portal replacement.

Complete Kit
