4" Portal Gear Lift for the Kawasaki Teryx S
Complete bolt-on portal gear lift for the Kawasaki Teryx S. This kit raises the machine 4 inches at each wheel by relocating the axle centerline below the hub centerline through a gear reduction box at each corner — delivering additional ground clearance without modifying the suspension geometry or adding lift spacers.
Additional Ground Clearance
Adds 4 inches of ground clearance at every wheel by lowering the axle below the hub. This lift is measured at the differential and axle line — the lowest and most vulnerable point on any side-by-side — putting critical drivetrain components well above rocks, stumps, and deep ruts.
Portal Gear Reduction
The portal housing at each wheel contains a gear set that reduces wheel speed relative to axle speed. This mechanical advantage means the axles, CV joints, and drivetrain components see significantly less stress at any given wheel speed — extending the life of factory and aftermarket axles, especially when running larger and heavier tires.
Maintains Factory Suspension Geometry
Unlike body lifts or spacer lifts, a portal gear lift does not change spring rates, shock travel, or suspension pivot points. The factory ride quality, handling characteristics, and suspension travel remain unchanged while gaining substantial ground clearance.
