4" Lift Kit for the General XP 1000
The Polaris General XP 1000 is a capable crossover machine, but the stock ride height limits what you can run for tires and where you can take it. This 4" Lift Kit gives you the clearance to run up to 32" tires while maintaining a stable, predictable ride. It lifts the chassis without altering the factory suspension geometry, so you keep the handling characteristics the General XP is known for — just with more room underneath.
Engineered Lift, Not Just Spacers
This is not a spacer lift that stacks height on top of the stock suspension. It uses purpose-designed brackets, arms, and hardware to raise the chassis while keeping the suspension working through its full range of travel. The result is a lift that rides like it belongs on the machine — no harshness, no reduced travel, no compromised handling.
Ball Joint Options
This lift kit is available with multiple ball joint tiers to match your riding style. Standard ball joints work for casual trail riding and light duty. Heavy Duty ball joints use heat-treated internals and 4340 chromoly studs for harder trail use. Super Duty ball joints exceed HD strength with premium alloy construction. Keller ball joints use 300M chromium-molybdenum-vanadium aerospace alloy in a Keller-style housing — the strongest option available for extreme riding.
Complete Kit
Includes all brackets, hardware, and components needed for a complete 4" lift. No cutting, welding, or permanent modifications required. Designed and tested specifically for the Polaris General XP 1000 platform.
