Cab Heater for the Polaris General
Compact cab heater for the Polaris General. Taps into the factory engine cooling system to deliver heated air into the cabin — providing consistent warmth during cold-weather riding without relying on batteries, portable heaters, or aftermarket fuel-burning units.
Engine Coolant Heat Source
Draws heated engine coolant from the Polaris General factory cooling system through a compact heater core. The system produces heat as a byproduct of normal engine operation — no additional fuel consumption, no electrical heating elements, and no drain on the battery beyond the small blower fan motor.
Variable Fan Speed
An adjustable-speed blower fan lets the rider control how much warm air flows into the Polaris General cabin. Low speed provides background warmth for mild cold; high speed pushes maximum heat output for deep cold or when the cab needs to warm up quickly after a cold start.
Sealed Against the Elements
The heater core and fan assembly are housed in a sealed enclosure that keeps water, mud, and trail debris out of the unit. The sealed design prevents contamination of the heater core fins — maintaining airflow and heat output even after riding through deep water crossings and heavy mud.
Direct-Fit Installation
Mounts to the Polaris General firewall or underdash area and connects to the factory coolant lines with included hoses, clamps, and fittings. No welding, cutting, or drilling required.
