In-Dash Cab Heater for the Polaris General XP 1000
Factory-style in-dash cab heater for the Polaris General XP 1000. Integrates directly into the dash panel — drawing heat from the engine cooling system and distributing warm air through the cabin using the same approach as automotive heater cores, without portable heaters or aftermarket pods cluttering the cab.
In-Dash Integration
The heater core and fan assembly mount behind the Polaris General XP 1000 dash panel in a factory-style location. Warm air flows through dash-mounted vents rather than from an exposed unit bolted to the floor or firewall — keeping the cab interior clean and unobstructed.
Engine Coolant Heat Source
Taps into the Polaris General XP 1000 factory cooling system to draw heated engine coolant through the heater core. The system produces heat as soon as the engine reaches operating temperature — no batteries, no fuel, no electrical load beyond the blower fan motor.
Windshield Defrost
Directs warm air toward the windshield to clear fog, frost, and condensation. Defrost capability keeps the windshield clear during cold-weather rides without the rider needing to stop and manually wipe the glass — maintaining visibility in freezing temperatures and wet conditions.
Direct-Fit Installation
Mounts to the Polaris General XP 1000 dash and connects to the factory coolant lines with included hoses and fittings. No cutting, drilling, or modification to the dash structure required.
