Cab Heater for the Polaris RZR Trail S 1000
Stay warm on cold-weather rides with a cab heater that taps into the factory engine coolant system on your RZR Trail S 1000. This heater uses the heat your engine already produces to deliver a steady flow of warm air into the cab — no additional fuel, no electrical heating elements, and no drain on your battery.
Engine Coolant Heat Source
The heater core connects inline with the RZR Trail S 1000's existing coolant circuit. As the engine reaches operating temperature, hot coolant flows through the compact heater core and a fan pushes the warmed air into the cab. Heat output increases naturally as the engine warms up.
Variable Fan Speed
An in-cab control lets you adjust fan speed to match conditions. Run it on low for a steady background warmth on cool mornings, or crank it to high when temperatures drop below freezing and you need maximum heat output.
Sealed Against the Elements
The heater unit is sealed and weather-resistant, designed to handle the dust, mud, and water spray that come with off-road riding. All electrical connections use weather-pack connectors to prevent corrosion and ensure reliable operation season after season.
Direct-Fit Installation
The heater mounts in the cab area of the RZR Trail S 1000 using machine-specific brackets and connects to the factory coolant lines with included hoses and fittings. All hardware and wiring are included — no welding, cutting, or drilling required.
