4" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris Xpedition
Raise your Polaris Xpedition four inches at the wheel without lifting the chassis or changing your suspension geometry. This portal gear lift relocates the axle centerline below the hub, adding true ground clearance where it matters — under the diffs, frame rails, and control arms — while keeping your center of gravity low and your ride quality intact.
Increased Ground Clearance
Four inches of additional clearance lets the Polaris Xpedition roll over rocks, roots, and ruts that would otherwise drag on the undercarriage. Because the lift happens at the wheel, there is no change to your suspension travel, shock angles, or CV joint operating range.
Gear-Driven Design
Each hub assembly uses a precision-cut gear set running in a sealed, oil-bathed housing. The gears reduce wheel speed relative to axle speed, multiplying torque at the wheel and giving your Polaris Xpedition significantly more pulling power in low-range situations.
Heavy-Duty Axle Shafts
The kit includes upgraded axle shafts built to handle the additional leverage a portal system creates. These shafts are thicker and stronger than stock, matched to the torque multiplication of the gear set so the entire drivetrain stays in balance.
Direct-Bolt Installation
The portal assemblies bolt directly to the Polaris Xpedition's existing knuckle and hub mounting points. All necessary hardware, seals, and gear oil are included — no welding, cutting, or drilling required.
